meet the founder

My journey into the world of wellness began during my teenage years, at a time when I was searching for something deeper—grounding, clarity, and an understanding of the karmic patterns within my family. I often felt overwhelmed by energies I didn’t yet know how to process, and I longed for a sense of belonging within myself. Yoga, meditation, and holistic healing didn’t just come into my life as tools—they arrived as sacred messengers. They gave me a language for what I was feeling, and more importantly, a way to begin healing. They offered refuge. They offered truth. They offered a path.

Through the many seasons of my life—from chaos and uncertainty to growth and transformation—these practices remained my anchor. They helped me rebuild my sense of self, clear emotional blocks, and open to something greater than what I could see. Over time, what began as deeply personal work evolved into a spiritual calling: to hold space for others as they, too, navigate their own healing and awakening.

I am a 200HR Registered Yoga Teacher, trained at House of Om in Bali, with additional certifications in Yin Yoga (60HR, Hot 8 Yoga), Breathwork, and Nutrition & Wellness Coaching from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. These teachings are not just certifications to me—they are extensions of my devotion to healing, transformation, and remembrance.

My classes are centered around presence, compassion, and embodiment. I specialize in Yin and Restorative Yoga, offering nervous system support and space to slow down, listen, and reconnect with stillness. I also guide Vinyasa Flow classes to energize, realign, and cultivate self-love through conscious movement. Each class is an invitation to return—to breath, to intention, to the wisdom of the body.

As a Sound Healer, I weave crystal singing bowls, my voice, and vibrational soundscapes into my offerings, helping others access deeper states of release, integration, and spiritual connection. I’ve found that sound has a unique way of unlocking what words cannot reach—it bypasses the mind and speaks directly to the soul.

My work as a Nutrition and Wellness Coach is rooted in an inclusive, body-positive approach that dismantles shame and uplifts intuitive living. I believe that healing doesn’t have one shape, one size, or one look. It is about returning to your truth, breaking free from inherited patterns, and creating a life aligned with your values, intuition, and joy.

Whether through movement, sound, or intentional conversation, I offer safe and sacred spaces where people can arrive as they are—tired, curious, grieving, hopeful—and feel seen. My mission is to help others remember their wholeness. To reflect their light back to them. To walk beside them as they reclaim their power, deepen their trust, and fall in love with themselves again.

Healing is not about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you’ve always been.
